Brownfolds reserves the right to cancel the order if the pin code area is non serviceable by our courier partners. In such case the same amount as that of order value will be credited back to the buyers account.
**We will verify your claim once we receive the goods and then process a refund.
Please include the purchaser’s name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
In case the product is delivered to the buyer in damaged/defective condition, Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 7 working days from the receipt of product
We will process your refund after we receive and verify the returned item(s). It may take upto 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us at info@brownfolds.com. We will gladly help you.
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.
