What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. If you place an order for an item which is not in stock, we will inform you through an email and credit your credit card within two business days of purchase. We will not retain your request for an out of stock product in a back order system. In the future, we hope to be able to notify you when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.
Do I Have To Sign Up For A Brownfolds Account To Buy Something At Brownfolds.Com?
You do not have to create an account on Brownfolds.com when you place an order, and can simply proceed as a Guest Shopper. However, there are several benefits to creating an account. Please refer to the My Account page for more details.
Do You Take Bulk/Custom Orders?
We surely do bulk/corporate orders and customize it if you like. Just mail your requirement to email@example.com and we will get back to you.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch all orders between 1-3 working days. Normally all domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 working days but the final delivery time will vary depending on product availability and the destination to which you want the order shipped.
For international orders, the transit times are different for country to country. We would be happy to calculate the estimated delivery time of your order on request. Just mail us what products are you looking to order and the delivery address.

Do You Ship Backorders?
No. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
Can My Order Ship To A Post Office Box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?
Once we receive your order, we take approximately 2 working days to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.

Why is my order value displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) during checkout?
Our store is based in India and all orders are billed in INR (Indian Rupees) which is our default store currency. Due to this, your order total will be automatically converted from your local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, etc) and displayed in "INR (Indian Rupees)" on the checkout page. The currency conversion will be based on the real time exchange value.

How Can I Modify My Order?
You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us at email@example.com within 12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of Brownfolds.
Returns & Exchanges
What Is Your Return Policy?
Return are accepted. If you are not satisfied with any item, please contact us within the first 10 days of receiving your order. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR ANY DAMAGED/USED PRODUCTS. Original brand packaging and all brand tags should be intact to claim a refund.

When Will I Receive A Refund For My Returned Products?
All credits will be issued only to the credit/debit card used for making the original purchase. Once we receive and verify your returned item(s) we will issue your credit and send you an email confirmation. It may take upto 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly help you.
How Do I Exchange An Item?
We do not have an exchange policy. You may chose to return a product within 10 days and place a fresh order for the new item.
When can I not return my order?
You will not be able to return the product in the following conditions:
- The return window of 10 days is over
- The quality check of the product is not successful
- The product is non-returnable (Digital Downloads)
Do I have to return the whole order?
No. You can choose to return a part of your order. Let us know the products you wish to return and we will process and issue refund only for the returned items.
Which are the products that cannot be returned?
Instant digital download items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Please feel free to contact us about any problems with your order.
I have received my order in damaged/defective condition, what do I do?
In case the product is delivered to the buyer in damaged/defective condition, please report to us with photographs within 10 days of delivery, and we shall ship a replacement for your order as soon as possible.
