Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Our products ship worldwide. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding international shipping.
  • We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch all orders between 1-3 working days. Normally all domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 working days but the final delivery time will vary depending on product availability and the destination to which you want the order shipped.
  • Usually, International orders (outside India) are delivered within 7-14 working days after dispatch. However, the transit times are different for country to country. We would be happy to calculate the estimated delivery time of your order on request. Just mail us what products are you looking to order and the delivery address.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • One can request for order cancellation before the item has dispatched.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is dispatched and picked up by our shipping partners.
  • However, one can request a return, once the order is delivered.
  • Brownfolds reserves the right to cancel the order if the pin code area is non serviceable by our courier partners. In such case the same amount as that of order value will be credited back to the buyers account.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Return are accepted. Just contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not have an exchange policy. You may chose to return a product within 10 days and place a fresh order for the new item. 
  • Domestic Buyers - Returns are free. We will arrange reverse pickup from the original delivery address. In an unlikely scenario if we are unable to pick up the product from your location, we’ll ask you to courier the product back to us. We’ll refund you back the courier expenses you had upto the value of Rs.100
  • International Buyers (Outside India) - Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Items need to be shipped back to our address in India. We will share return instructions once a return is requested. 

Conditions of return - Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Return will not be accepted for damages/used products.
Instant digital download items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Please feel free to contact us about any problems with your order.

 

 
Other Terms and conditions
    • We will not accept returns for any damaged/used products. You are welcome to try a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
    • Original brand packaging and all brand tags should be intact to claim a refund.
    • Once we receive the returned items, we will perform quality check on them to ensure return conditions are met and then process a refund.
    • In case the product is delivered to the buyer in damaged/defective condition, Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographs within 10 days from the receipt of the product.
    • We will process your refund immediately after we receive and verify the returned item(s). It may take upto 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. Sometimes financial organisations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us at info@brownfolds.com. We will gladly help you.
    • If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc - and we will make sure you are taken care of.

     

    REFUNDS

    • All cancelled and returned orders are eligible for a full refund. The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
    • Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days once we receive and verify the returned item(s) or the order is cancelled.
    • Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request and it may take upto 14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
